In this guide, we will look into how to set your AI Assistant’s working hours.
Once you have your bot connected you can set its time zone, as well as specify if you want your AI Assistant to reply outside working hours.
By default, your AI Assistant sends emails to your leads on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM in the set time zone. It is recommended to set the time zone of your AI Assistant based on your leads’ region.
To set the timezone for your AI Assistant:
Click on the robot icon next to your name on the top right
Go to set working hours for your AI
Select your desired time zone
Click on “Save Changes”
