Your AI Assistant can only engage leads:
- when all previous conversations with the lead are completed; and
- as part of a new campaign
Completed conversations are defined as conversations that have reached a final touchpoint, with the conversation marked as either Qualified, Not Interested, Cancelled, Stopped Responding or Unresponsive.
When you attempt to have your AI Assistant engage a lead that is a part of an ongoing conversation, an error will be returned during the campaign launch process and the lead will be marked as Unenrolled.
The ongoing conversation will remain uninterrupted.
Exceeding the lead quota
The number of conversations that can be started by your AI Assistant each month is capped by your lead quota.
If you have exceeded the lead quota during the campaign launch, the excess leads will only be enrolled when your quota refreshes in the next cycle.
To see your existing quota, click on your name at the top-right, and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
On the Account Settings page, you will be able to see your used and remaining lead quota for your current cycle.
