Enrollment Warnings & Errors - What’s Next?


When enrolling leads into a campaign, you may encounter errors or warnings (list of errors and warnings). Leads with errors will not be enrolled under any circumstances, while you will have the choice to select which leads with warnings to enroll. You can read more about lead enrollment here.

A common use case is to locate the unenrolled leads, resolve the errors or warnings, and re-enroll the leads into your campaign. In this guide, we will look at how to do this.

You can access previous enrollments via:

  • Enrollment History
    • Automatic redirection to this page after an enrollment
    • Navigate to this page from the Leads tab
  • Email notification sent to you when an enrollment is complete

From the Enrollment History page, you will see each past enrollment. From there, you can view its details.


In this view, you can see 2 "Unenrolled Leads," with 1 that "Has an ongoing conversation" and 1 that is "Missing value for merge tag."


To download the erroneous leads that were not successfully enrolled, choose the three dots to the right for the drop down menu. Select "Download unenrolled file."


This will trigger the download of a csv file with all of the leads that were not enrolled. This csv file will contain the following information:

  • Unenrollment type (i.e. Error or Warning)
  • Error message
  • First name
  • Email


With this information, you can update the leads in the downloaded csv file, import or re-import the csv file, then continue launching your campaign with these updated leads.
