Filtering Leads Based On "Point of Contact"

In this guide we will focus on how to:

  • filter leads who have opted-out of ongoing conversations.
  • identify if a lead is a Main lead, CC-ed prospect or an opted-out contact.
  • identify the roles of participants in a conversation.

 

Filtering Leads Who Have Opted-out

Under the "Leads" tab, click on "Conversations Filter" and you will find the option to filter leads depending on whether they are the Main lead, have been moved to cc or have chosen to opt-out of ongoing conversations. More about filtering leads here.

Identifying Lead's Role 

From the "Leads" tab, clicking on a specific lead brings you to all the conversations that this lead has been involved in. Hovering your cursor over the initials will bring up a window showing which lead in the conversation is the Main lead, which lead(s) are in cc, and which lead(s) have chosen to opt-out.

Identifying Roles of Participants In A Conversation 

From the "Conversations" tab, clicking on a specific conversation will bring you to the conversation thread where you can see the participants of the conversation and their respective roles (Main lead, which lead(s) are in cc, and which lead(s) have chosen to opt-out).
