This use case is typically used to follow up with inbound leads a couple of months after you or your colleagues met them at an event.

Currently, most of our users choose to upload these leads manually via a CSV.

Best Practices

  • We have found initial outreach a few months after the event to work best; subsequent re-engagements can be set for 3-6 months after the initial outreach.
  • Saleswhale also allows for you to analyze email reach, open, and handover rates based on event - this can help with understanding ROI of different events.
