Integrating with your Salesforce business process


A common use case once Saleswhale is integrated with your Salesforce is to automatically update certain Salesforce fields based on Saleswhale attributes, including Saleswhale Status. This article will point you to the relevant Salesforce resources to help you set up these automatic updates.

An example of a automated business process you might have in mind is to update you Salesforce Opportunity Stage based on the Saleswhale Status. This means that if the Saleswhale Status field is updated to "Qualified" in Salesforce, the Opportunity Stage field could be updated to "Product Demo."
