In this guide, we will look at how to add an account level bot signature and the behavior of account level bot signatures.
Once set, the account level signature will be appended to each outgoing email. You can see what the signature looks like alongside your touchpoints by previewing your messages and touchpoints.
To begin adding an account level bot signature, hover over your initials in the upper righthand corner to toggle the drop-down menu; select "Customise Assistant".
Under the Signature section, add text and images to the editor.
To add an image, select the area in the editor where you want to add the image and select "Insert Image" to toggle your content manager.
From the content manager, choose the image you want to add. Only files you can add will appear you. Uploading content.
Within the editor, select the image and choose from original, small (96px), medium (200px), or large (420px)*.
Add a link
Highlight your image in the editor and select the link button.
*The size will be based on the longest edge of the image.
