Cancelling bot outreach to specific leads

In this guide, we will look at how to:

  • Search for specific leads
  • Stop an ongoing conversation with a lead

In the event that you want your bot to stop a conversation that your bot is attempting to have or already having with a lead, you can manually cancel the conversation.

To get started, navigate to the Leads panel.

You can quickly locate a prospect or set of prospects by using the search bar to the right. Type in a first name, email, or company name to search for your lead.

Locate a lead you want the bot to stop engaging in conversation. Hover over the three dots to the right of the lead to prompt a drop-down menu; from the drop down menu, select "Stop sequences."

A pop-up will appear to confirm the action. Select the "Confirm" button to continue.

The conversation with your prospect has now been successfully cancelled. To double check, you can also look for the red "Canceled" stamp status.
