Turning on Human Review reply notifications


By default, you will only receive an email notification for new conversations that have been marked for Human Review.

You can manually enable Saleswhale email notifications for subsequent emails from a lead to conversations that have been flagged for Human Review.



This is especially useful where you have chosen to intervene in conversations using the "Reply as the bot" functionality. Where your prospect responds to your "Reply as the bot" message, you will be notified of all subsequent replies.

The Human Review Reply notification will come from noreply@saleswhale.com with the subject line "[Saleswhale] Human Review Reply - {{bot.name}} requires your action." You will have the option to "Reply as the Bot." Selecting this button will take you to the Saleswhale app.
