Tracking sales rep follow up with leads


Your bot can keep track of whether your sales reps follow up with leads that are handed over.

In order for your bot to track follow up, your sales reps must continue their conversations with your bot copied in their email thread. The bot will then tag these leads in the database.

To access this information, export your leads.

The leads will appear in a column called "Tags." You will see the tag 'rep_followed_up' in this column if your bot was in email copy at the time of your sales reps follow up.

You can filter conversations based on rep follow up status via the Conversation Attribute "Rep Followed Up."
