To create a campaign, you must first create a conversation.
After your Topic is ready, navigate to your Campaigns panel and select "Create Campaign."
A pop up will appear prompting you to enter a Campaign Name and to select an associated Topic. Click Save to finish creating your campaign.
Your campaign is now ready to go and you can begin tracking in real time results and conversion metrics. Knowing the outcome of a campaign will help you identify and prioritize the different Topics and use cases for lead qualification.
