When the bot receives ad-hoc / random emails from both previously-engaged leads and strangers, it will automatically filter away:
- Spam mails
- Promotional mails
- Emails sent from your email domain (internal communication which the bot was roped into)
- Emails which have your colleagues cc-ed (we assume your colleague will handle this email)
Only emails relevant to your business will be surfaced as a Human Review task.
