What happens when the bot receives ad-hoc emails?


Ad-hoc / random emails are defined as "spontaneous" emails.

When the bot receives ad-hoc / random emails from both previously-engaged leads and strangers, it will automatically filter away:

  • Spam mails
  • Promotional mails
  • Emails sent from your email domain (internal communication which the bot was roped into)
  • Emails which have your colleagues cc-ed (we assume your colleague will handle this email)

Only emails relevant to your business will be surfaced as a Human Review task.
