Intervening conversations as the bot

You can only reply as the bot through the Saleswhale app, either by choosing to "Reply as the bot" through the "[Saleswhale] Human Review" email or through logging into your Saleswhale app and selecting the lead requiring Human Review.

Locate the "Reply as bot" editor.

If you do not already see this editor, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Reply as bot" button along the left-hand side.

The editor has several features that allow you to change different settings.

 

Send Time

You can choose to send your email during business hours or immediately. Business hours are set between 9 AM and 5 PM Singapore time.

CC Sales Rep

By cc'ing a Sales Rep, your sales rep will be roped into the emails, as they would be in any normal email cc scenario. When you cc a sales rep, the lead will automatically be marked as assigned to this sales rep. However, cc-ing a rep does not changes the status of the lead to 'qualified'.

Add Attachments

You can add attachments to your email by selecting Add Attachment. Learn more about adding attachments.

Message

Format and type your message using the message field and editor.

Add Follow-up Emails

Select the "Add Follow-up email button" in the lower left-hand corner to add and schedule follow-up emails.

Send

When you are ready, hit "Send."
