Adding attachments to email touchpoints

You can enrich your emails by adding collateral.

To add collateral, navigate to the touchpoint you want to add collateral to. From there, click "Add Attachments" below the text editor.

A panel will appear on the right. From here, you can select what collateral(s) to attach. You can also upload collateral from this panel (see Uploading Content).

Once you are done selecting, you can exit the screen by clicking the "x" in the upper righthand corner to return to the touchpoint editor.

If successful, you will see your attachment(s) below the text editor.
