Human Review Tasks are categorised based on their status.
|Actionable||Conversation has been flagged as needing Human Review and an email has been sent to the Human Review Owner, but no action has been taken.|
|Replied As Bot||Human Review Owner has chosen to continue the conversation by impersonating the bot.|
|Assigned||Lead has been assigned to a sales rep. Sales rep will receive the forwarded email thread to continue the conversation.|
|Qualified||Human review task has been completed, and conversation is qualified after sales rep follow up. This will be reflected in your campaign's metrics.|
|Not Interested||Human review task has been completed, and conversation has been disqualified after sales rep follow up.This will be reflected in your campaign's metrics.|
|Stopped Responding||Human review task has been completed, and lead stopped responding after you replied them.This will be reflected in your campaign's metrics.|
|Canceled||Human review task has been completed, and conversation has been marked as "Canceled". This mostly happens when several email threads get marked as human review, due to their leads all referring/cc-ing in the same lead. The recommended action would be to continue on one thread, and cancel the rest.This will be reflected in your campaign's metrics.|
|Discarded||Human Review Owner has chosen to disregard the conversation, and lead is marked as "Not Interested". This will be reflected in your campaign's metrics.|
Completing Human Review Tasks & Updating Lead Statuses
After a conversation is flagged as needing Human Review and the lead has been assigned to a sales rep, the assigned sales rep will receive reminder emails. These emails will prompt the sales rep to update the status of the lead. Your sales rep will receive the first reminder to update the status on the 4th day after assignment, and every 4 days (4 reminders in total) if the task is still uncompleted.
Upon marking the status of the lead, the Human Review task will be marked as "Completed."
You can also update the status of the lead manually through your Saleswhale account. To do so, locate the lead in the Saleswhale interface and click the "Complete" button to the right. A pop-up will prompt you for the final status of the lead.
If your human review task is "Qualified", you will be required to select a handover sales rep. No system notifications will be sent to the sales rep you selected.
