Understanding conversation statuses

In this guide, we will look at what the different statuses are for your lead's conversations.

The Saleswhale conversation statuses include:

Value

Display Value

unsynced / NULL

Unsynced

in_progress

In Progress

bounced

Bounced

qualified

Qualified

not_interested

Not Interested

unresponsive

Unresponsive

stop_responding

Stopped Responding

Your AI assistant will continue attempting to have a conversation with a lead until it has reached the final touchpoint in a given sequence.

For a conversation marked as Unresponsive, your AI assistant has sent the final touchpoint of the introduction sequence.

For a conversation marked as Stopped Responding, your AI assistant has sent the final touchpoint of a later sequence.

In either case, the conversation is not finalised and the status may change if the lead replies.

Bounced, Qualified, Not Interested, Unresponsive, Stopped Responding and Cancelled are terminal end states of conversations. In these states, your AI assistant will not respond automatically to further emails from the lead and a new conversation can be initiated with the lead.
