In this guide, we will look at how you can add the following to your touch-points in the touch-point editor:

  • Hyperlinks

  • Attachments

  • Images

Hyperlinks

To add a hyperlink, highlight the selected text and click on the Hyperlink icon.

Enter the URL you wish to hyperlink to your selected text, and click on "Link".

Attachments

To add attachment(s), click "Add attachments".

This will bring up an Insert Attachment pop-up, where you can select an existing file to attach, or upload a new file. Each file has an upload limit of 5mb.

If you have uploaded images, they will appear here too.

When you have selected the files to attachment, click "Save Attachments".

If you are attaching multiple files, the total size of these files must not exceed 5mb per touch-point.

Images

To insert an image, click the image icon.

This will bring up an Insert Attachment pop-up, where you can select an existing image to attach, or upload a new image. Each file has an upload limit of 5mb.

Only images will appear here, and not files.

Select the image you want to insert, and it will automatically be added to your messaging where you can also choose to re-size the image to best fit your touch-point.
