In this guide we will look at how we can:
filter leads who have opted-out of conversations.
identify if a lead is a Main lead, was a CC into a conversation, or had opted-out (moved to BCC) of a conversation
identify the roles of participants in a conversation.
Filtering Leads Who Have Opted-out
In the Leads page, open the Filters section, and select Conversations Filter. Under "Point Of Contact", you will find the option to filter leads depending on whether they are the Main lead in the conversation, have been moved to CC, or have chosen to opt-out of the conversation (BCC).
Identifying Lead's Role
From the Leads page, clicking on a specific lead brings you to all the conversations that this lead has been involved in. Hovering your cursor over the initials will bring up a window showing which lead in the conversation is the Main lead, have been moved to CC, or have chosen to opt-out of the conversation (BCC).
Identifying Roles of Participants In A Conversation
From the Conversations page, clicking on a specific conversation will bring you to the conversation thread where you can see the participants of the conversation and their respective roles.
