You can add a BCC address to all your AI Assistant's outbound emails, such that:
- All outbound emails will be sent to your CRM
- All qualified emails will be sent to a specified recipient (apart from the Sales Rep)
To customize your BCC preferences, go to "Customise Assistant" and scroll to Email BCC Preferences.
To save your changes, click "Update BCC Preferences". Note that you will only be able to enter one email address per option.
Ensure that your bot's email address is whitelisted by the receiving inbox in BCC. This prevents automatic replies which will disrupt these email threads.
