There may be conversations where you feel your AI Assistant should have responded differently.
In this guide, we will look at how you can:
- raise these disputed responses to the Saleswhale team
- locate conversations with disputed responses
Raising a Dispute
On the conversation's page, you will see the entire email thread between your AI Assistant and the lead.
Within the conversation, scroll to the specific response from the AI Assistant that you wish to dispute.
At the bottom right of the specific response, click the "Dispute" button. A pop-up will appear, prompting you to input feedback for the dispute.
Once you've submitted your feedback, the "Dispute" button will no longer be available, and will now show Email Disputed. Our AI Operations and Support Team will be notified and the feedback provided will be used to improve the AI Assistant's behavior and accuracy in the future.
Locating previously disputed responses
In the Conversation page, click "Filters" and select the Disputed attribute.
