You can review your conversation flows to see how all the emails, attachments and merge tags look like before publishing it.
If you need to share your conversation's emails to your colleagues who do not have a login to Saleswhale, you can download a Docx file that contains all the emails included in the conversation flow.
Steps:
1. Open a Campaign & select your desired campaign
2. Go to customize AI conversation flow & click on review emails
3. Do one of the following:
Review merge tags & attachments used in the conversation
Click on each scenario in the conversation flow to review the email content
Download a Docx file for all the emails in the conversation
The Docx file only contains all of your emails included the conversation. It does not include images, attachments, and your AI Assistant's signature.
4. Go back to edit the conversation flow if needed or publish it
