Our email inbox system now includes an advanced feature called "Email Inbox Warmup." This feature is designed to optimize inbox performance and deliverability. By regulating email sending activity, it aids in preventing the email server from being flagged as spam, thus safeguarding your sender reputation.
This document provides a detailed explanation of how this feature works and includes information about inbox categorization and sending limits.

Inbox States:
Our email system now categorizes inboxes into three specific states:
Dormant: This category includes newly connected inboxes or inboxes that haven't sent any emails in the past two weeks.
Active: An inbox becomes active after being connected for over 90 days and sending at least one email within the past two weeks.
Healthy: Inboxes that have sent over 1000 emails, have less than a 3% bounce rate, and a reply rate of over 1% are considered healthy.
The categorization system provides a clear roadmap for managing the health of your inbox.
Dormant Inbox
For the first 90 days after connection, we apply a sending limit of 20 emails per day.
Users can adjust these settings according to their specific needs.
Active Inbox (After 90 days)
Inboxes change from "Dormant" to "Active" status.
The daily sending limit increases to 100 emails to gradually warm up the inbox.
Healthy Inbox
Once an inbox meets specific criteria and achieves "Healthy" status, users can send up to 200 emails per day.
โ
You also have the flexibility to adjust settings in line with your unique requirements.
Please note that you can only raise the limit up to the following provider's limit.
The new limit will apply from the next working day.
Gmail
Google Apps' email limit is 2000 per account per day.
If your Gmail account is new or flagged, you are limited to 500 emails per account per day. See Google Apps email sending limits.
Outlook 365
Personal/Home 'outlook.com': 300 emails per day, 30 per minute, and up to 100 recipients per email. See Limits for Outlook.com messages.
Business/Enterprise: 10,000 per day, 30 per minute, and 500 recipients per email. See Recipient and Sender Limits.
If there is a need to send more emails than the daily limit allows, consider connecting additional inboxes. This will not only increase your overall sending capacity but also diversify your outreach, thereby reducing the risk of being seen as spam.
