Pause and Resume conversation(s)

Manually pause or resume single or multiple of conversations.

Once a conversation has started. You have an option to pause it and resume it again if needed. Pausing a conversation will prevent your AI from sending emails and handling replies from your leads.

Pause conversation(s)

You can pause a single conversation directly from the Conversation detail page or multiple conversations from the Conversations page or Campaigns/Conversations subpage using a bulk pause action.

What conversations can you pause?

You can only pause conversations that still haven't ended. Those conversations will be in the "Pending lead response" or Pending AI response" state.

Pause a single conversation

Go to the Conversations detail page. In the right top corner, click on the Action dropdown and select the "Pause conversation" action.

Once you pause the conversation, a success message appears on the screen, and the "Paused" status will appear next to the original conversation status.

How to pause multiple conversations using a bulk action

You can do it from two different places: the Conversations page or the Campaigns/Conversations subpage. Navigate to any of those two pages. Filter and select conversations you want to pause. Click on the Actions dropdown and select the "Pause selected conversations" action.

Note! If any of the selected conversations can't be paused. The system will only perform the action over those conversations that can be paused.

Resume conversation(s)

You can resume a single conversation directly from the Conversation detail page or multiple conversations from the Conversations page or Campaigns/Conversations subpage using a bulk resume action. You can only resume paused conversations.

Resume a single conversation

Go to the Conversations detail page. In the right top corner, click on the Action dropdown and select the "Resume conversation" action.

Once you resume the conversation, a success message appears on the screen, and the "Paused" status tag will disappear.

Resume multiple conversations using bulk action

You can do it from two different places: the Conversations page or the Campaigns/Conversations subpage. Navigate to any of those two pages. Filter and select conversations you want to resume. Click on the Actions dropdown and select the "Resume selected conversations" action.
