You can send a test version of your AI's emails to yourself or a team member before you send out the actual email to your leads
Note: This feature will be available for all subscription plans by end of May 2021.
To send a test email:
In your Saleswhale account, navigate to Campaign > Conversation Flow
Hover over the name of a path and click Edit Email.
In the upper right, click Send test email.
In the right pane, click the Choose one or more recipients dropdown menu to select recipients for your test email.
(Optional) Click the Receive as specific contact dropdown menu to preview the email as it will appear to a specific contact. Selecting this option can be helpful if you want to test personalization in your email.
Click Send test email.
Notes:
You can send a test email for leads without merge tags data in the email. When you launch a campaign, your AI won't send any emails to leads that have empty merge tag data.
Why are test emails sent from noreply@saleswhale.com?
All test emails are sent from noreply@saleswhale.com, to protect your AI's email deliverability rates. When you send the email to your contacts, it will be sent with the AI's Name and AI's inbox you've connected to Saleswhale.
