Schedule a campaign to get your AI to send emails at a specific time.

Schedule a start date and time

It's easy to schedule a time for your campaign to go live. Your AI Assistant will begin sending emails at the scheduled time to all the leads enrolled in the campaign.

When creating a campaign, you will see the option to schedule a time for your campaign:

Note that the time and date you set will be your AI Assistant's timezone, not your own time zone.

For example, imagine your browser is set to Pacific time and your AI Assistant's time zone is Australia.

In this case, when you schedule a campaign to go live at 8 pm on Wednesday, the AI Assistant will start sending emails at 8 pm on Wednesday Australia time, not Pacific time.

Note:

  • You can change the AI Assistant’s time zone from Customise Assistant Settings.

  • Once you have launched and scheduled the start date, you will see the campaign status change “Scheduled”. You’ll not be able to change the campaign start date after launch.

  • Your suppression list will use the time when the campaign is launched to exclude emails. For example, you select the suppression list "Leads interacted within the last 6 months", create then schedule the campaign on the 1st of October so it will be launched on the 10th of October. We will then exclude all emails that interacted with your AI assistant 6 months prior to the 1st of October.

Schedule an end date and time

Select the custom date option if you want your AI Assistant to stop sending emails to your leads after a particular date or time.

If you have set a few days between follow-ups emails for your AI Assistant, you might see an alert message when an end date is too close to the start date.

As some of your leads won't receive all the follow-up emails from your AI Assistant, we recommend setting a longer running time for your campaign or reduce the time between follow-up emails in your conversation flow.

Once the campaign has ended, you will see the campaign status change to “Ended”. You’ll not be able to change the campaign end date and time after launch.

What happens after the campaign ends

When a campaign reaches the end date & time, you will see your campaign status change to “Ended”. All of your AI Assistant’s existing conversations (i.e email threads with leads that are not qualified or marked as negative intent yet) from the campaign will be automatically canceled.

If your lead replies again to the same email thread after the campaign end date, we will create a Human Review task and send you a notification email so you can help your AI to take over the conversation.

Note:

If you enroll in a campaign that is already ended, none of your newly-enrolled leads will receive any emails from your AI Assistant. We recommend starting a new campaign to enroll your new leads in.
