Your AI Assistant can keep track of qualified leads that have been followed up by your sales reps after the hand over. 

For your AI Assistant to track follow up by your sales reps, your sales reps must keep your AI Assistant in CC for at least their first reply after the handover email.

You can use Filters in the Conversations page to find the conversations where your sales reps have (or have not) followed up with qualified leads handed over to them.
