In this guide, we will look at how to change Human Review owners.

Each AI Assistant can only have one assigned Human Review owner. While any team member can manage and handle Human Review tasks, the Human Review owner will be the recipient of Human Review notifications.

To set the Human Review owner, navigate to the Manage Team section.

Identify the teammate that you would like to set as the new Human Review owner, and select "Set Human Review Owner."

Your bot will now forward new the Human Review notifications via email to him/her. You can identify the current Human Review Owner by the yellow tag assigned to him/her on the Manage Team page.
